Product Processing

  1. Material Preparation & Tubing Selection: High-quality 304 stainless steel capillary tubing with precise inner and outer diameters is selected, cut to length, and cleaned.

  2. Side-Port Machining (Key Process 1): Using precision micro-drilling or Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), one or more side ports are created at specified locations along the needle shaft. The process ensures accurate hole diameter, positioning, and clean, burr-free edges.

  3. Thread Machining (Key Process 2): Threads are precision-cut onto the component:
