Precision Cutting: Tubes are cut to exact lengths using high-speed abrasive saws, band saws with CNC feed, or laser cutting systems, ensuring square, burr-free ends with tight length tolerances.
Slotting/Perforation:
Laser Slotting: For complex 2D patterns, slots, or holes, a CNC fiber laser cutting system with rotary attachment precisely cuts features around the tube's circumference.
CNC Milling Slotting: For very precise, straight, or angled slots requiring specific edge quality, CNC milling machines are employed.
Knurling: The tube is mounted in a lathe or specialized knurling machine. Knurling wheels with the desired pattern (diamond, straight, crosshatch) are pressed against the rotating tube to displace material and create a raised, textured pattern.
