We specialize in the custom CNC machining of intricate connector components from H62 brass (CuZn38), incorporating specific functional features like knurling and slotting. H62 brass is selected for its superior free-machining characteristics, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and natural corrosion resistance.
Using advanced CNC milling centers, we transform brass stock into complex parts with high dimensional accuracy. The knurling (diamond or straight pattern) is precisely applied to designated surfaces to provide an enhanced, non-slip grip for manual assembly or adjustment. The slotting (through slots, cross slots, or custom profiles) is machined to exact specifications, serving functions such as enabling wire access, accepting locking clips (e.g., E-rings), providing a drive surface for a tool, or reducing weight.
