Product Description:

We manufacture precision components and cutting tools from precipitation-hardening 17-4PH (Condition H900) stainless steel using advanced CNC machining. This service covers two main product lines: 1) Custom industrial hole saws and their components (arbors, cutting shells) designed for cutting tough alloys, and 2) Specialized medical/dental threaded drills (e.g., form drills, tap drills) for creating clean, precise threads in bone or metal. 17-4PH is chosen for its ability to be heat-treated to high hardness (~40-45 HRC) after machining, providing superior wear resistance, strength, and fatigue life compared to annealed stainless steels. Our CNC processes allow for the creation of complex geometries, precise tooth forms, and accurate threading profiles, resulting in tools and parts that offer extended service life and reliability in demanding operational conditions.
