Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing begins with high-quality 316L stainless steel capillary tubing. The tubing is precision-cut to length, with one end ground to a sharp, beveled point. Precision micro-machining (laser or EDM) creates one or more lateral slots near the tip. Permanent depth markings are applied via high-resolution laser etching along the shaft. The needle may include a luer lock or custom hub. The complete assembly undergoes electropolishing for smooth finish, passivation, rigorous cleaning, and 100% inspection for slot integrity, marking clarity, and dimensional accuracy before sterile packaging.
