Product Description:

We specialize in fabricating complex, perforated or (openwork) metal enclosures from 304 stainless steel using high-precision, multi-axis CNC milling. This process involves machining a solid block of material to create a unified shell with integrated precisely patterned cut-outs, ventilation grids, logo cutouts, or decorative openwork designs. Unlike sheet metal fabrication, CNC milling from solid stock allows for the creation of true 3D contours, integrated mounting bosses, and complex internal features alongside the pattern, all in a single, rigid piece. This results in a highly durable, cleanable, and professional enclosure with excellent structural integrity. 304 stainless steel provides ideal corrosion resistance, strength, and a hygienic surface for medical environments. We offer end-to-end service from design optimization for manufacturability (DFM) through to final finishing and inspection.
