Product Description:

We provide custom CNC milling services to produce precision hexagonal-threaded spray needles from 304 stainless steel. This component is engineered for experimental and low-volume production applications, offering a balance of performance, durability, and customization. The design integrates a hexagonal threaded body for tool-assisted assembly and secure, leak-free mounting into a matching manifold or handpiece, and a precision-machined spray tip (conical, cylindrical, or with a jewel orifice) for controlled atomization. The internal flow channel is optimized for consistent performance. Made from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, it is suitable for use with a wide range of chemicals and can be sterilized. The hexagonal profile allows for easy integration and adjustment in experimental setups.
