Using the same high-stability laser platform, we perform micro-slotting and drilling to create lateral ports, vents, or mounting features with exceptional accuracy and minimal heat input. The tubes can then be hermetically end sealed via precision welding or forming. Additionally, flaring is performed to create precise conical or bell-shaped openings for leak-proof connections.
