Product Description:

We provide advanced micro-fabrication services for 304 and 316L stainless steel capillary tubes, integrating multiple precision processes to create highly complex, functional miniaturized components. The workflow begins with ultra-precise laser cutting for clean, burr-free lengths. Using the same high-stability laser platform, we perform micro-slotting  and drilling to create lateral ports, vents, or mounting features with exceptional accuracy and minimal heat input. The tubes can then be hermetically end sealed  via precision welding or forming. Additionally, flaring is performed to create precise conical or bell-shaped openings for leak-proof connections. The entire process is optimized for 304 and medical-grade 316L stainless steel, ensuring components meet stringent requirements for precision, cleanliness, and material performance.
