Product Description:

We specialize in the end-to-end custom fabrication of 304 stainless steel capillary tubes into cannula needles (hollow-core) and three-bevel needles (solid or hollow, featuring a triple-faceted ground point). Our comprehensive process includes precision tube cutting, point grinding/forming to create sharp, consistent bevels, followed by uniform sandblasting for an optimal matte, non-reflective surface finish. Finally, we apply high-precision, permanent graduation marking via laser engraving for accurate depth indication. Utilizing high-grade 304 stainless steel ensures excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and cost-effectiveness for applications where the superior biocompatibility of 316L is not mandatory.
